2023 Recap

2023 was a busy year! It came with so many challenges but learned a lot from them. I really pushed myself to create some really cool things but I learned, I need to take more breaks and relax for my mental health.

I went to five conventions in 2023 and that may not seem like a lot but with a full time job on top of my freelance photography it was A LOT! I really love going to conventions meeting new people and meeting people that have the same interests as me. But it made me realize I want to slow down on convnetions and do more photo trips. Conventions only give so much and with photo trips you can do SO MUCH MORE!

On top of conventions I did really cool on location sessions but also visited some awesome studios that Toronto has to offer. Studios are great for when we are stuck in winter and there is no where to photograph unless outside fits whatever characters/vibe someone is going for. There are a lot of studios that I want to re-visit in 2024 as well!

2023 was a great year and I'm so happy with all the photos I got top create with amazing people. But I can't wait to see what 2024 has in sort for me.
